Collectors for couverture and cream

Designed for melting and maintaining an optimal temperature of the couverture for the waffles. The heating is indirect by a water-bath. They have suitable insulation. The heating is accompanied by intensive stirring which allows the addition of other ingredients. The temperature control is regulated by a programmable controller and the values are shown on a display. The machines have the possibility for cooling of the material by means of cold water.
